Our website is hosted by an external service provider.

The hosting provider is Hostinger. Data processing takes place on servers located in Germany.

In the course of hosting, personal data is processed that is necessary for the operation of the website, in particular IP addresses, technical connection data, and server log files.

The processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and efficient provision of our website).

Where required, processing is carried out on the basis of a data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

4. Server Log Files

When you visit our website, information is automatically collected in so-called server log files.

This includes in particular: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, time of the server request, IP address.

These data are used exclusively for the technical provision and security of the website.

The data is stored for a maximum of 14 days.

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract or pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We use Google Tag Manager, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited.

Google Tag Manager is used to manage tags on our website. The tool itself does not process personal data for analysis purposes.

The Google Tag Manager is loaded locally. Tracking tools integrated via the Tag Manager are only activated after your consent.

The use of Google Tag Manager is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The use of tracking tools is based exclusively on your consent.

9. Google Analytics

If you have given your consent, we use Google Analytics (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited.

Google Analytics allows us to analyse user behaviour on our website.

IP anonymization is enabled by default.

Data is stored for a maximum of 14 months.

Google Signals may be used in the future to enable cross-device analysis.

Processing is based exclusively on your consent in accordance with § 165(3) TKG 2021 and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

10. Google Ads and Conversion Tracking

If you have given your consent, we use Google Ads and Google Conversion Tracking.

These services allow us to display advertisements and measure their effectiveness.

Remarketing is currently not used.

11. Google Search Console

We use Google Search Console to analyse the visibility of our website in Google search results.

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

12. Data Retention

We store personal data only as long as necessary for the respective purposes.

Server log files are stored for a maximum of 14 days.

Contact inquiries are stored for up to 12 months.

Offer-related data may be stored for up to 18 months.

Data related to a business relationship is subject to statutory retention obligations and is generally stored for 7 years.

Proof of consent is stored for up to 3 years.
